Weber County's 4-H Horse Judging Contest is a wet and wild event!

A little (err... a lot) of rain, thunder and lightning is not enough to scare off Weber County 4-H'ers and volunteers!  Wow - what a GREAT turnout for the 4-H Horse Judging Contest.  We had 31 contestants.  We want to congratulate them on doing such a great job and also say a big "Thank You" to our members and parents for being so awesome and patient during the storm.

When you get a chance, please express your gratitude to all of the riders who rode/exhibited in the classes!  We also appreciate:
  • Event organizers and horse judging coaches - Connie Neal & Jody Taylor.
  • Host Facility - Vaughn Allen (Allen Horseplay Stables, 2155 S, 2500 W, Taylor, UT 84401)
  • Contest Sponsor - Rands Roofing!  Thanks for those wonderful prizes.
  • Group Leaders - Rachel Hart, Linda Price, Bailey Gehrlein, Morgan Rich, Karen Smith, and Lance Quinn.
  • Reasons Judges - Jody Taylor, Bailey Gehrlein, and Morgan Rich.
  • Club leaders and parents!  Good things only happen in 4-H because of the incredible support of our families and volunteer leaders.  Give them a hug :)
